How to Create and Send an Email with Sugar Market

Sending an email using SugarCRM is now easier than ever.  Now a full blown Marketing Tool, using Sugar Market for Email Marketing and Marketing Automation is a lot more fun, and powerful!

You have a few options when creating emails in Sugar, both are using Sugar Market.

Creating a text email in Sugar is really simple, and it looks as easy as it is.

-Simply click on a lead or a contact in Sugar.
-Select the Sugar Market Market button at the top.
-Inside Sugar Market activities, select send email.
-Enter you subject and text information.
-Then select send!

After a few moments, you’ll be able to see a record of the email that was sent in the Emails section of the lead or contact record in Sugar.

The second option is also simple, but in this video we create an email in Sugar Market, using a standard email template.

Here you would work from inside the Sugar Market app.

-Select Create > Campaign > Single Email.
-Then you can select the type of email you want to create, either a standard email, text only, A/B or create a template.
-In this example we use a standard email.
-We follow the prompts creating a campaign name and subject line.
-Then we select the drag and drop feature.
-You have the ability to build an email from scratch, use a theme, use a built in template or send an email from a previous campaign.
-Once selected, you customize away.
-Then you select the distribution and suppression lists you want to use.
-Schedule your email and then hit send!
-It’s extremely easy to use and again, all emails will show up in the emails Emails section of lead or contact record in Sugar.
