What type of industry expertise does Faye have?

There is nothing worse than a vendor saying they work in your industry to later find out it was just lip service to get your business. You won’t get that with Faye. We back up our industry experience. The biggest industries we serve are: Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail/eCommerce, Healthcare, CPG, and HIPAA Compliance. Don’t see your industry listed? That doesn’t scare us! We love learning and we do serve many other industries. Our vast knowledge of software integrations and use cases means we can quickly get up to speed.

Who from our team would need to participate in the project?

Your project team is just as critical to the success of the project as ours is. We suggest the core implementation team on our clients’ side consist of the following roles:

  • Project Sponsor – The point-person who is ultimately accountable for the success of the CRM.
  • Project Manager (Lead Day-to-Day Project Contact) – The point-person who is responsible for the day-to-day direction of the project. They will partner with our team to keep the project on time and on budget.
  • Subject Matter Experts / Project Champions – One or two department leads that are ultimately responsible for department-specific subject matter expertise and decision-making around business processes.
  • Software Administrator – Ideally, this is a dedicated part-time or full-time role that has experience and expertise in the selected software. This individual will be expected to contribute to the project both individually as well as alongside our implementation team.

What do we have to do for our project to succeed?

Your involvement is key to success. Our team is absolutely responsible for the heavy lifting, but our process is a collaborative one. Why? Because to ensure we are building the software and integrations you need, we need your input.

Here are some ways we require involvement from our clients:

  • Regular communication cadence with the core implementation team, specifically check-ins with the Project Manager/Project Sponsor.
  • Timely pass-off of requested information.
  • Testing and confirmation or feedback documentation of implemented functionality and migrated data.
  • Participation in training (independent, peer-to-peer, and Faye-facilitated).
  • Master the ability to perform basic admin. functions in software
  • Be responsible for managing cross-department collaboration and decision-making on software maintenance, modifications, and enhancements.
  • Ensuring all stakeholders adhere to requests and project deadlines

Who do I work with throughout my project?

You will work with our experienced team of professionals to ensure your project is a success. You are assigned a Project Manager to work with your team throughout the project.

You will also work directly with a Solutions Architect who designs the technical architecture based on specialized expertise, such as complex workflows, logic, and integrations.

Depending on your needs, you may also work with an Administrator and Developer for your implementation, a Database Architect that focuses on the data migration, or even a User Interface/User Experience Designer that will bring your project to life.

What can I expect when I start working with Faye?

Once a client decides to work with Faye, things move pretty fast. You’ll hear from our team within 24-48 hours to schedule a Project Kickoff, which will typically happen 7-10 days from sign-off.

During that kickoff, we walk you through our onboarding process, set expectations and timelines, as well as develop shared understanding between your team and our team around scope, schedule, and communication cadence moving forward.

Your entire project is tracked with our Project Management tools to keep your project on schedule and on budget.

Are there additional costs after I buy my software?

Short answer: yes.

There is a difference between buying directly from a software vendor (See FAQ #2) and from Faye. When you work with Faye, you are getting a partner. You are not only getting the software, but our team’s expertise to make it yours. Whether you need premier onboarding, ongoing support, or everything in between, our services extend far beyond an out-of-the-box solution.

What does Faye do?

At Faye, our mission is to make the best software in the world even better. That’s why our central statement is “We Eat Software.”

We help clients complete and fulfill their vision for a better world by eating their software and making it better. If we’re not actively looking for ways to help clients see 10x uplifts, then we’re not being Faye.

What is the Faye Process?

Our projects align a vision with a proven process. Many details are unique to each client, so our process incorporates flexibility to meet your needs.

In short, most projects go through 5 phases:

  • Discovery
  • Design
  • Implementation
  • Deployment
  • Post-Deployment Support

The Faye teams guide clients through every step of the implementation process to ensure it happens fast, works the way it should, and user adoption Is successful. Better yet, we stay with a client beyond initial implementation and work as a true partner to continue to improve your solution and ensure your ongoing success.

From your first discovery call through post-implementation ongoing support, we listen to you and your needs so we can eat your software complexity and create the best software to meet your unique needs.

We don’t consider the project complete until you have signed off that your implementation is live and working as expected.

Our team will work with you to ensure training and user adoption efforts are on schedule and internal client champions are mobilized during each step in the process so there are no surprises.

What’s the difference between working with Faye and directly with the software provider?

We love our software vendors. They are our people, but we also know that out-of-the-box software configurations don’t work like they used to. We make the best software in the world even better.

Generally speaking, when you purchase your software directly from the vendor, you are securing your user licenses. With Faye, you’re securing an implementation partner.

Our team has vast experience from industry use cases to complex integration expertise, so you can get the most from your software.

We help businesses design their software implementation to match workflows within their teams while adding automation and enhancements to speed up traditionally slow processes. We don’t stop where the platform stops. We keep pushing until solutions are found and the harder it gets, the more excited we get.

We integrate systems so they speak to each other. Integrating software into a company’s tech stack delivers more opportunities to consolidate reporting, gain data driven insight and find new opportunities. We go above and beyond for you because that’s what you deserve.
