The support desk is manned 7am – 7pm PST, you will be guaranteed a quick response and this should be your go-to destination for urgent concerns surrounding your software purchased from us. They stay up-to-date on all our supported software’s releases and changes.

You can look to them for help with fixing bugs, IT support, helping with any product-related issues, and assistance with light training in the form of knowledge-base articles or product guides. We take pride in the support experience and this is ever-evolving.
