Here’s the deal: We built this integration to sync your Zendesk and Pipedrive data seamlessly. To do that well, we need to store some information. Here’s exactly what we do with it.
What We Store & Why
We maintain a synchronized database of your records. This isn’t busywork. Rather, it’s what makes the magic happen. Without it, we can’t:
- Keep your Zendesk and Pipedrive data in perfect sync
- Prevent duplicate records from cluttering your systems
- Map fields accurately between platforms
- Generate AI-powered insights that actually help you
Your Data Lives Securely
Each client gets their own dedicated database. Your data never mingles with anyone else’s. We host everything on AWS EC2 infrastructure with enterprise-grade security. All API communications use encrypted HTTPS. Credentials and sensitive data are encrypted at rest. You need proper authentication to access anything with no exceptions.
The AI Piece
Our summary and sentiment features use OpenAI’s API to give you useful insights. Data sent for AI analysis follows OpenAI’s privacy policy and isn’t used for training their models. Don’t want AI processing your data? Just ask, and we’ll turn it off.
What We Don’t Do
- Sell your data (never)
- Share it with third parties for marketing
- Use it for anything except running this integration
Your Rights
You have full control. Want your data deleted? Email productsupport@fayedigital.com and we’ll handle it within 30 days.
We comply with GDPR and CCPA because we’re supposed to, but also because it’s the right thing to do.
When You Leave
If you stop using the integration, we permanently delete all your data within 30 days. Clean slate.
