Already using Claude?
Many teams have Claude licenses but uneven use. Faye starts with what is already happening: which teams use Claude, for what and with which data. Skill workshops then turn the best of that into shared, approved skills, admins get governance training, and office hours support the change.
Our hardest problem has always been documents. We bid off long municipal spec packages, and that’s the part of this business nobody could ever put a tool against. Claude can. Our people found that out on their own and it spread fast — faster than I expected.
What we needed before we could open it up to everybody was a control design. Which role can reach what, which systems stay read-only, what the ground rules are. That’s what Faye built. Their guardrails say plainly that anything touching a bid, an estimate or a contract position is a draft until a qualified person signs off — and that if you ask the same question three times and get three different answers, the workflow isn’t ready. That’s the right standard, and it’s why I was willing to say yes to the whole office with Faye supporting us.
The tool does the reading and the comparing. We still do the deciding. Nobody here is confused about that.

Claude training: frequently asked questions
What is Claude 101?
Claude 101 is a foundation session for every user in a Claude rollout. It covers what Claude can and cannot do, your company’s data rules, how to work with projects and skills, and a repeatable prompting method, using your team’s real tasks. Faye runs it for every user in a Claude Jumpstart.
How long does Claude training take?
Training runs inside the rollout: Claude 101 and admin training at launch, up to two hands-on skill workshops on your real use cases, then drop-in office hours. In a Claude Jumpstart, teams go from kickoff to live in weeks, followed by two weeks of hypercare and a 30-day adoption review.
Can you train a team that already uses Claude?
Yes. Teams already on Claude usually need help moving from ad hoc use to shared, approved workflows. Training then centers on skill workshops that turn recurring tasks into reusable skills and projects, admin training for governance, and office hours while the new habits form.
How many people can you train?
A Claude Jumpstart (Pro) is scoped for up to 50 Claude users across up to 3 departments, which covers most first rollouts. Larger rollouts use the Enterprise package, scoped to your team size, and teams that keep growing can add ongoing coaching and development hours through Axia for Claude.
