Faye Releases Enterprise Edition of SugarCRM Authorize.Net – May 17, 2017

Today, FayeBSG has released the Enterprise Edition of their SugarCRM Authorize.Net Integration Application.

The Enterprise edition of the SugarCRM Authorize.Net Integration Application now includes all new features from the Professional edition as well as the following:

  • Recurring billing
  • Sync all outside transactions to Sugar
  • New cancel subscription button on record view for easier cancellations

Recurring Billing

Now users can set up automated subscriptions. The integration will automatically charge a credit card based on a customized set frequency and/or amount.

Sync all outside transactions to Sugar

If Authorize.Net is used with a company website or any other system that is not Sugar, integration users can now pull all those transactions in to Sugar.

New Cancel Button

Users can now cancel a subscription from within Sugar without needing to access the Authorize.Net portal.

The Professional Version of the SugarCRM Authorize.Net Integration Application now includes the following updates:

  • Users can now sync outside transactions to Sugar (does not include recurring charges)
  • Create a new customer profile from an orphaned transaction (for example, the data from a transaction made from a credit card swipe or from a mobile device is now easily associated with a profile)
  • Users can now sync and update unsettled to settled transactions
